Welcome to the 2021 Adobe Certified Associate U.S. National Online Championship
The Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) U.S. National Online Championship presented by Certiport, a Pearson VUE Business, is a national competition that tests students’ design skills using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Students that take a qualifying ACA certification exam and submit a design project with source files can participate in the Online Championship.

The qualifying Adobe Certified Associate exams are:

-Print & Digital Media Publication using Adobe InDesign CC 2015 or newer
-Graphic Design & Illustration using Adobe Illustrator CC 2015 or newer

More information about the ACA exams can be found by visiting www.certiport.com/aca.

Participating in this competition provides an excellent opportunity for students to showcase and prove their Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator knowledge and skills, have some fun, impress student colleagues, and gain recognition.
How Do Students Compete in the 2021 ACA U.S. National Online Championship?

The process is simple! Students must have take a qualifying ACA exam and submitted an original design project with source files between June 16, 2019 and May 7, 2021.  Students must also have been over 13 years old but under 22 years old at the time they took the qualifying exam and submitted the project. Students that have passed a qualifying ACA exam and submitted an original Adobe design project into the competitions between June 16, 2019 and April 2, 2021 are already entered into the new Online Championship.

Any project students create using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator can be submitted into the competition. Design projects that students create in school or at home are great projects that they can submit into the competition. The students must be the creators and owners of the projects that are submitted.

Students that have passed a qualifying ACA exam and submitted an original Adobe design project into the competitions between June 16, 2019 and today are already entered into the new Online Championship. If students haven’t certified or submitted a project yet, there is still time as the deadline to submit a qualifying ACA exam and art project with source files is Friday, May 7, 2021.

The students with the best design projects that show the most creativity, technical ability, and mastery of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator will be named the 2021 Adobe Certified Associate U.S. National Online Championship winners. Previous participants of any ACA U.S. National Championship round cannot compete in this year’s online championship.

At the end of the competition period, Certiport will notify the potential winners via email.
